FAQ
Do you require a Booking fee? Late and tardiness guidelines.
Yes! I do require a $50 Booking fee that is due at the time of booking. This isn't an added fee, but is taken off your total amount due! This reserves your date, and time with me!
The booking fee is non-refundable, but should a member of your family become sick, and I am notified ASAP, we can re-book your session without any added fees! (I need to be notified as soon as you know that one or more of your family member's are sick, preferable no later than the night before.)
It is the responsibility of the client to remember your date, and time of your session! No-showing or canceling/rescheduling on the day of your session will cause you to forfeit your booking fee. (You will have to re-pay your booking fee to reschedule.) Please do not be later than 15-20 mins past your session time. Any later than 30 mins, without any prior communication, and your session will be canceled.
Can I pay for a session using my card?
Yes, I send a link using square!
Can I upgrade after my session?
You are always welcome to upgrade your package!
Do I have to order prints through you?
No! You can order anywhere! Clients receive a print release whenever they purchase an image. You can, however, purchase prints and products through me!
Do I get to choose what images I want included in my final package?
YES! I send a digital album that you will select your favorite images from, and upgrade if desired!

How long after the session until the preview gallery is sent?
Anywhere from 3 days to a week! Just depends on how many images I have to sort through! If it's a larger session it will take more time (:
How do you send my final edited gallery?
I send all galleries, whether they are a preview gallery or a final gallery, through an online link. To download your images you'll want to use a PC using the four digit pin I send. You'll have 30 days to make your download as many times as you wish! After the 30 days is up, and you haven't downloaded your images, there will be a $25 re-upload fee to access your gallery again.
How long does it take to receive my edited images after selecting and paying for any upgrades?
Again this depends on how many images you purchased, but anywhere from a couple days to a week or at most a week and a half! It takes longer to deliver a gallery when there are more images to edit.
What if my Photographer becomes sick, and we need to reschedule?
I too get sick, and because I would hate to get you, and your family sick, I offer an additional 5 images every time I need to reschedule your session!
Can I make payments after my session for extra images?
Yes! Just know that no images/products will be delivered without payment in full. Your base package fee (standard is $175 unless agreed upon otherwise) needs to be payed in full at the time of your session though.
